Thank you for taking the time to learn about All-Phase Landscaping and Design. Our team specializes in building hardscapes, softscapes, rainscapes and naturescapes or combinations of each practice to achieve multipurpose landscape environments.
We design landscapes by performing site analysis with clients, collect project data, and develop custom project plans with pricing that reflects the production of the design. After a plan is approved we draft and sign contracts between both parties that detail the scope of work and work that is to be completed. Once a contract is signed we schedule your build for completion.
During the building process we can develop change order contracts that add additional work upon client request. Once a project is completed and passed inspection, we clean up the project site of all equipment, tools and construction debris and refuse.
